Day Trip to @Bristol, Years 3, 4, 5 and 6
On Thursday 22nd May Years 3,4, 5 and 6 are planning to visit the science museum @
The cost of this trip will be £13.25 per child.
Please fill in the slip below to indicate if you are willing to permit your child/children to go on this trip, and whether you are willing to contribute £ 13.25 per child towards the cost.
Children must be in school uniform
The usual rules for packed lunches apply: no fizzy drinks, cans or glass bottles, sweets or chocolate. If your child is travel sick, please make provision for this; if a tablet is needed for the return journey, put it in a labelled envelope and give to a member of staff. It is always useful to give your child a plastic bag (without holes) just in case!
We will visit the shop at some point so children need to bring no more than £5.00 to spend in a named purse.
The children will leave school at
9.15am pm
and return by
5.15pm
, so those children who normally travel home by school transport will need to be collected from school. Please let us know if you have made arrangements for someone other than yourself to collect your child. Please respect our local residents when you come to the school to collect your child. Please also remember that the coach has to gain access to the school!!!
Please note, if we do not receive your written permission to take your child for this trip he/she will have to be left behind. If you do not wish your child to partake in this trip, he/she will remain in school with work and a member of staff.
