Ms
Dear Parent
As listed on the end of term 3 newsletter, Year 5 have created a dance, based on the theme of sea, which we have entered into this years Dance Festival to be held on Thursday March 13th at Bingham Hall. There is a dress rehearsal
on the afternoon followed by a public performance in the evening for parents. This starts at
, (Doors open at

(approx). Tickets for this can be obtained from the Cirencester Visitor Information Centre (tel. 01285 654180) at a cost of £6.00 (children and concessions £4.00, under 4£1.00) . We have been urged to advise you to buy tickets as soon as possible as this event usually sells out!
Costumes have again been organised by Mrs Barbara Thomas, however, we require a contribution of £2.00 to cover the cost of costumes. Please send this in a named envelope.
The children need to have their glittery hair gel applied - please do this before the performance.
We would like to use face paint and makeup on the children, please let us know if we cannot do this.
Please sign the attached consent form and complete the slip below as to your transport/collection arrangements and your consent for them to dance in bare feet and to have make up applied.
You will need to collect your child from the Bingham Hall at approximately

We will need to transport the children to the Bingham Hall for the afternoon rehearsal. Please send in a booster seat if one is required. If you can offer help with transport, please let Kate know asap.
