Chair of Governors

Trained as a physicist.  First became involved in school as a Parish Council Governor in 1995 later becoming chairman of the board of governors. Last year I was also appointed a Foundation Governor.

Church and community connections have given me experience of working with young people ? in particular being involved in the running of youth clubs (junior and senior) over many years.  I really enjoy the opportunity of going into school and meeting the children, staff and parents.  Keeping up with current educational developments keeps the grey cells active!
